Accommodations
For Fragapalooza's annual event, we do look at accommodation options. While we do allow sleeping in the venue, space, and regulations permitted (fire lanes, venue policies, etc.), the event itself is lively, loud, and is 4 Days of Non-Stop Gaming - we don't have a quiet section or timeslot. As such, you may wish to find other places to rest your head. We reach out every event to see if we can find hotels with accommodation rates for our attendees. Below are the rates we have collected from local hotels for this year's event.
NOTE: Fragapalooza is not responsible for hotel bookings with these locations and cannot make any adjustments or make inquiries on behalf of attendees.
Camping Available
LRC does provide camping areas you can setup a tent or trailer. The are indicated as per the image. These sites are first come first serve, assumed risks/responsibility by the campers, and are not powered nor provide water/sewer.
NOTE:
* Trailers/Tents are NOT permitted in the paved parking lot of the LRC.
* LRC power/resources are NOT permitted for consumption.
FRAGAPALOOZA PROCESS:
If you are camping, the LRC requires Camping Permits to be issued and displayed at all times. If you are looking to camp, please follow accordingly:
* Have registered and received your Fragapalooza ID
* Come to Safety and indicate you require a Camping Permit
* Fragapalooza ID will be modified indicating you will be receiving a Camping Permit
* Display your Camping Permit as indicated by Fragapalooza Safety
* NOTE: You will be unable to leave with your equipment until you have returned your Camping Permit - Unable to produce, lost, or stolen permits will require payment to the LRC prior to removing your equipment.
As required by the LRC, Fragapalooza Safety will be monitoring and spot checking for your Camping Permit visibility during the event, as will the LRC staff. Make sure to have it visible at all times at your camping site.
LRC REQUIREMENTS:
* No dumping
* No open fires
* Quiet time enforced 11 p.m. to 6 a.m
* No alcohol permitted in overnight camping location
* Campers are responsible for any damages & site management
